Our return policy covers manufacturing defects or shipping breakage. In those circumstances we will either a send a new piece for replacement of the same item after receiving the defective piece or refund your payment. The defective piece can not be exchanged for other designs on the store. In case, we don't have the item in stock any more, we will refund the order amount or offer store credit to buy other products.
To be eligible for replacement of any product:
- You need to send us the photo of the defective or broken piece within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can send us the photo on email - email@example.com or WhatsApp +852-63042801.
- The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items or purchases that don't meet the above criteria shall not be considered for returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you with the process.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the return or exchange of sale items. But in case you do face any issues with these items please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you.
All purchases are final and we don't offer any refunds. But in case of a manufacturing defect or shipping breakage on a piece that is no longer is stock we will offer the full refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on your location, you might need to for pay for the shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
